• investigating, characterising and setting achievable goals
• identifying the challenges & how to meet them
• outlining strategies to enhance execution and achieve unanimously acknowledged objectives
The importance of coaching for employees at all levels cannot be emphasised, regardless of whether the employee is in a support role or at the management level. Coaching/Training is also recommended for, new leader/managers and those in positions of authority as well as for those with different needs, for example, confidence issues, challenges on how to effectively manage time or the way the communicate and relate with different personalities.
