​What issues can you help with?

​I specialise in anxiety disorders (GAD, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias), trauma, and sleep difficulties.
If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, we can discuss it together in a free discovery call.
How long are sessions?
Individual therapy sessions last 50 minutes. I also offer shorter or extended sessions based on your needs and schedule.
Do you offer online sessions or face-to-face?
Yes — I work with clients online across the UK and internationally.
All you need is a private space, a good internet connection, and a willingness to begin. 
​I also have a private space for my clients in London. 


What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Both therapy and coaching can be goal-orientated — but they focus on different kinds of goals.
Therapy often explores emotional patterns, past experiences, and inner healing.
Coaching tends to focus on forward movement, mindset, and practical strategies.
My approach integrates both — depending on what you need.
Is everything confidential?
Yes — everything we discuss is confidential and treated with the utmost care and respect.
The only exceptions are if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
In these rare cases, I follow professional safeguarding protocols — always with your safety and wellbeing in mind.
